Luma made it simple to sell tickets and track registrations—but it stopped short at on-site operations. Arjun, CEO of Humanic AI, was frustrated that Luma had no integration with badge printers, leaving staff juggling manual check-ins and handwritten badges. For an event of this scale, the gap risked bottlenecks at the door and a clumsy first impression.
