  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

AI Features

Certain Spark features use third-party AI service providers to categorize and summarize publicly available content collected from RSS feeds and websites. Only public article text is processed — no user data, Slack messages, or personally identifiable information is sent to AI providers.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Each workspace's content is processed independently. For a list of AI service providers, see our Sub-Processors page.

Event Attendee Data

When you use Badge or Path to collect attendee or contact information, you act as the data controller and we act as the data processor. You are responsible for obtaining consent, providing privacy notices, and complying with applicable privacy laws. We process attendee data only as instructed by you and will delete it upon your request.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers — who help operate the Service (hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, AI processing, messaging). See our Sub-Processors page.

  • Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Data Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security reviews. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours.
